100 Posts in 30 Days
Published by Sean M. Lightfoot on Tagged MotivationalI’ve run across a few posts in the blogosphere about a “100 posts in 30 days” challenge that was started by Dr. Mani on the Warrior Forum. That was a challenge that I really wish that I had participated in. I found out about it on the 2nd of July and it was over on June 30th. Several people joined him in the challenge. The only person that I could see that actually accomplished the feat was geekwriter of TheWritersManifesto That is a very production oriented goal and can’t do anything but help in several different ways.
1. It will force you to be disciplined and post to your blog regularly (More like insanely).
2. If the posts are written well, it will fill your blog with more rich content for the search engines.
3. It will give your readers more content to read. The regular readers will even encourage you to help you reach your goal.
4. With 3.5 post a day on average, your blog will be “Vibrantly” alive. One thing that every blogger will agree on is, content is king and the more of it, the bigger the kingdom!
As you can see , there are more than enough reasons that I should begin my own challenge. For the first time in a long time in my life, I am going to “Push it to the Limit!” Please feel free to walk with me on this journey, and at any time that you see that I need a push, by all means.
This challenge will begin today. Even if I fall a little short, it will still be an accomplishment. Forget falling short, I’m not even going to start off thinking like that. I WILL post 100 entries in 30 days! I know that there will be days that I just cannot find the time to post. I will just have to make up for it on the next day.
The special thing about writing for the public is, when you put it in black in white, you can’t take it back. I’ve been trying to motivate myself to post atleast once a day and haven’t done it. That is because it was a secret goal. Now I am publishing this one. If I don’t do it, all of my readers can see that I am not truly dedicated to this cause, My Blog.
So without further ado, This is post #1
